Vogue (bambini)
So.. kind of cool! and by accident. I had a shoot for petite parade in NYC- showcasing the Fall runways for children. I shot backstage, some stills, some famous people, and mostly runway. Vogue ended up using a lot of the images.. none of the backstage shots which were my favorites were chosen : ( but you can check those out under the NYC link here on the blog. but nevertheless.. I am thrilled to have 6 pages in Vogue (bambini) — yea for children’s fashion!!!
Summer ( CT and NY children’s photographer)
B/W Children’s Photography (CT and NY)
These photographs were taken in Italy this summer. I only brought two lenses with me, my 35mm, and the 70-200 lens.. It was great having those two very different lenses with me. I have gotten back into photographing with only prime lenses lately, but the only lens I cannot give up with zoom is the 70-200 IS-
I took a lot of b/w photos there, as I shot more documentary style-it was nice just to sit back and let the moments unfold. So fun to be able to incorporate shots like this with my traditional color shots of children and families.
Head Shots ( Andrew Chamberlain ) in CT, and NY
This super talented actor came to me for head shots, he is so adorable and fun, and has an amazing personality! I can see why he is is so many movies and shows.. Super excited for him in Max’s Fantastic Adventures coming out in 2013!
