6 days old….. sweet pea….

This adorable just turned 3 year old, and his newborn brother were so cute together. The three year old loves his new brother, he kept kissing him, wanting to hold him and feed him.  We had a inside and outside family photo shoot,  so we got the best of both! here are just a few of my favs..

Today I drove up to the Bridgeport Hospital to visit the NICU.. It was a first for me, and I was totally speechless.. which those of you that know me.. is rare.  These tiny little babies- were so amazing to see. I wanted to pick each one up and hold it, but all I was able to do was just look. I tried not to tear up, and to be strong- it was hard. The amazing doctors and nurses that take care of these under 2 pound babies minute by minute are angels.. I don’t know if I could do it.  I did leave the hospital actually wanting another baby- but I came home and realized.. 3 is plenty and to focus on the little ones I do have.  Here is a photograph that was taken of me for a press release with the portraits I took for their resource room.  This is where the parents spend time and hopefully are somewhat put at ease -with the success stories of these Children, as all four of these children were under 2 pounds when they were born, and are all now healthy and thriving children.

These little 5 week twins came to see me a few days ago in the studio. So sweet and cute..We tried hard to get them both to fall asleep at the same time, but we had no luck.  We had a few special poses we wanted to put them in but they wanted to be awake the whole time for their big modeling debut! here are a few favs.

Stella is a little older then a week here. She is a NYC baby, and probably hands down the easiest newborn I have ever photographed. She was sleeping when I arrived and slept the entire time I was there and moving her around. Loved meeting this new family- and being in their incredible home.

I took a mini trip to the city and photographed this little baby boy.  He was born three days before I took these photos.
